How to refresh inserted Image

How to "refresh" already inserted image.
I.e. when the image graphics was updated externally, how to re-import the same image without deleting/inserting, and thus preserving all other image formatting and position.

No other way than delete and readd
Or save as mscx, then the image is reevaluated on each load.

Thank you for confirming. And a nice suggestion about uncompressed format and external image.
That would be a nice feature:
- right-click an existing Image and select Replace Image (next to Edit Element), showing the "Insert Image" file dialog.
