MuseScore does not run on iOS, only the Songbook app.
So you won't be able to create scores on your iPad, not with MuseScore at least.

Thanks for your response.
Please tell me how to create a score online and then save it to my scores.

There exist a rollApp, but AFAIK without playback and I'm not sure, if it will work with an IPad: https://www.rollapp.com/launch/musescore

In case it will really work (and unless Jojo is right (https://musescore.org/en/node/273277#comment-839400)), please give reply, from time to time there are the same requests from other user.

Not possible, at least not with MuseScore. Unless may with rollApp, see https://musescore.org/en/handbook/install-chromebook, point 2. Should work in Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Safari. No sound though.
With the iPad you can use the Songbook App (https://itunes.apple.com/app/apple-store/id835731296?mt=8) for viewing and playback scores.
For the MuseScore notation software you need Macbook/Windows- or Linux-PC.
