Fermata time stretch

Create a custom workspace. change the time stretch on a fermata and replace the existing fermata with the one you altered. (See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/palettes-and-workspaces#custom-worksp…)

Currently, to change the time stretch to greater than 1, all you have to do is change the time stretch on one fermata on a beat. If you change the default to 2.00 and decide you want a time stretch of 1.5, you will have to change all fermatas on that beat to 1.5 or less since only the longest fermata is honored.
