Confirm Bug: right-click staff menu not accessible on single line staff in Musescore 3
The right-click staff option menu (e.g., staff and menu properties) is often not accessible by clicking directly on a single-line percussion staff because the selectable area is too small.
Tested on the latest build: OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.0.0, revision: 026f90b
To reproduce, load score and right-click a staff line, not a note or rest.

I agree. I even tried to up the "Proximity for selecting elements" to 20 pixels and right clicked directly on the staff and still got the canvas' menu. I'm currently using the same build. You should submit an official bug report at https://musescore.org/en/node/add/project_issue?pid=1236
