To little RAM
Would anyone mind running the uploaded file through doubletime? My computer does not have enough RAM to run Musescore and a plug-in at the same time.

That plugin doesn't need any significant amount of RAM surely?
I guess it crashes for you, which it does for others too, there's an improved version floating around that may solve the crash issue

Every plug-in causes a crash, even when all other apps are closed. It may be the processing speed not the RAM I do not know.

Either is pretty unlikely. What CPU at what speed and how much RAM do you have? And what OS?

There have been reports from users that they can't run plugins that do have a GUI, due to their graphics driver not supporting Open GL 2.0. But plugins without GUI were not affet6ced, so e.g. notenames, color voices or color notes would work. And double time IIRC doesn't have a GUI either. But it tends to crash MuseScore.
So the notenames plugin doesn't work for you?

I have not tried the notenames plug-in, nor double time. After trying harp pedal diagrams and a few others, I assumed no plug-in would work.

Try notenames then, does it work?
I haven't used the plugin but an AWK script instead. Check if you are happy with the results. You may need to adjust few things like tempo etc. which are not handled by my script.

It worked. I had to change thevtempo and replace my glissandi and then it was perfect.
