Editing Palettes
How do I move things around? I can delete and add just fine, but it nopes me for moving things around to fill in all the random whitespace I made by deleting all the weird fermatas.

In the custom palette drag the element to a cell.
Drag the border
Right click the cell ->'clear'
(if we're talking about 2.3.2.)

This is for 3.0 since its the technology preview forum. This seems to be broken in version 3. I've noticed it before, but I guess I was busy and didn't make a bug report.
