Refund on 1 year pro subscription

Hi,

About a month ago I needed to download musescore to get access to some sheet music. I don’t remember if pro was an option or if I had to get it to use the app, but I ended up signing up for a free trial. I then deleted the app, forgetting to cancel my subscription.

On the 7th of December I was billed for a one year subscription to musescore. I understand that this is my fault, as I should’ve remembered to cancel it. I would really appreciate if you had the kindness to refund my subscription, as this is money I really don’t have to spare.

Perhaps it is worth noting that I haven’t used the service since I have been billed, so I haven’t used the service I have payed for yet.
