Actually printing parts, standard 10x13 size
I'm trying to figure out how to do this, exactly. I only have a normal printer. The college our orchestra is associated with has a xerox machine, but I've never seen it and the other librarian has only used it for copies, not actually printing parts. I suspect I'd have to load my own paper, and somehow convince someone in the office to let me access it via a laptop... we're rather low priority for the college. I might be able to use another office's printer.
So here's the questions: What paper do I get for 10x13 in parts? Do I need to cut it? If I need to cut it, where should I go to do so? Can Fedex or Kinkos help me out here?
Parts would be for a full symphony orchestra... around 80 members, I think. So it's not a small printing job, but it's not like I'm a publisher, either. Our budget is small. Many members have been asking for proper size parts, though, so I'm trying.
Any advice?

In version 3 (I didn't look at version 2), there is a 10x13 paper size. Since you probably can't easily find 10x13 paper, use legal (11x14), adjust the margins to an extra inch on the right and the bottom and cut it.

Yep, I've been using the 10 X 13 in MS3. Using legal is a good idea, thanks. I'll probably do a test print first, but I should at least be able to fairly easily find some heavyweight buff colored legal paper. I was totally prepared to order international, that would be much easier.
Cutting will be interesting, lol.

Ah... legal appears to be 8.5x14, not 11x14. Got anything else? I have no idea how the publishers manage it.

Sorry. I thought it was 11x14. Publishers have purchasing power to make it cost effective to either by large paper and a machine to cut it or purchase special sized paper.
