Cannot Create an MP3
I'm running 2.3.2 on Windows 10 and when I go to export a score as an MP3 (Edit>Preferences>Export) nothing happens. No success or failure messages appear. Any ideas?

Those are just the settings. The export is done via File->Export

You need to use the menu File->Export. When the window appears change the dropdown under the file name to MP3. The preferences only sets up some of the parameters for different exports types.
