3.0 PRE Window management, redux
I had the 3.0 app maximized to full screen. The I entered the PRE. No way to get back to the main window! I had to un-maximize the app. The PRE window is ill-behaved wrt the desktop.

Don't know what that requires on Mac. Closing the PRE window seems to work (sometimes switches to another app, though. There should be a way to switch BACK AND FORTH between PRE and main app window. This was already reported as "PRE hides behind main window."
