Caesuras do not pause playback
Before the update on Jan. 15, caesuras did pause playback, but now they do not.

It seems the default pause, set in the inspector is now 0 seconds, which makes no sense. In version 2 it was 2 seconds. I don't know what it was in version 3.0. Perhaps you should enter an issue report at https://musescore.org/en/node/add/project_issue?pid=1236 and set the severity to S5-Suggestion. It would be an easy fix.
