Mike 320: Thanks for your help. I may be on the wrong forum.
What I'm talking about is at the top of the page: At the center of the page the space entitled
'search for sheet music" where you insert the song title you want to listen and watch. Once you
typed in the title of the song or category you are interested in....Once you have a song pop up,
at the top left of the page are 2 circle buttons. The first one: when you click on it allows the song
to begin playing with sound...The song continues to play and scroll along with the measure that is
playing in yellow.
When i first joined Musescore as a pro member, that was my main focus to educate myself with this
benefit.
All of a sudden clicking on the button does not activate the song to play or scroll along.
I am able to download the arrangement, and listen to by clicking on the mp3 button
or as a midi file.
I don't if you are the right person to address this situation or can direct me to someone else
to solve the problem.
I'm also wondering if I cancel my subscription (which expires in April 2019) and resubscribe...
that, that might delete the problem with a new installed download.
I know I've been wordy, but hope that somehow You or someone else can come to my rescue
Thanks

First, please don't hit return like your on a typewriter it makes reading your posts difficult. MuseScore.org (and .com) has word wrap so it creates new lines when needed. But that's not what you needed help with.

When you are looking at a score on MuseScore.com, clicking the arrow to the left of the circle or pressing space starts playback. Your pro account has no effect on this. If this stopped working then it's most likely because your browser or operating system was updated.

This is actually help only for the MuseScore program, so I can't do much more for you than tell you what I know. If there is a problem, then https://musescore.com/groups/improving-musescore-com is where you need to report your problem so someone there can fix it or give you better guidance.
