Fonts that worked on MuseScore 2 don't on MuseScore 3?
On my computer, I installed a font pack called the JazzFont to use in MuseScore 2. Fairly popular font, used in Finale and considered the standard font for jazz scores on a plethora of publishing websites, and worked fairly well for my own scores. Recently installing MuseScore 3, I tried creating my own jazz big band template to the style that I wanted it to be in, this included changing all the text to the JazzFont pack and all of its subsets. However, it seems to be broken as I can only use the JazzText subset and not the others such as JazzCord or JazzPerc, etc. All across the board for those, they're just white rectangle boxes. I'm not quite sure what to make of it or if there's even a fix I can do for myself. Would anyone be able to fill me in on the problem?

Are you on Windows? Be sure they are installed correctly, the libraries used by MuseScore 3 are apparently picking about that. See #280244: User fonts not visible to MuseScore 3 (Windows 10)

Yes I am using Windows. I read the comments in the other post, and it said that there's a folder in local appdata called "fonts", but when I searched there, I found nothing. So I just made a folder called fonts, and put the jazz fonts in there and reinstalled them, but to no avail when I restarted MuseScore 3. Reading one of the comments, he said it worked when he clicked "install for all users", but when I right click any font that's selected, no such option comes up.

Unfortunately I'm not a font expert. Apparently this is a new Windows "feature", I'm not sure how it works. Maybe you need to right-click the installed version? Or uninstall it then right-click the source file?
