Stretch

I wrote a simple fiddle tune transcription but musescore leaves the last bar by itself the width of the score. I tried various ways of stretching and shrinking the stretch to even out the lines but can't seem to do it. Stretches seem very limited, and after a few you can't do more. Musescore 2 was very easy stretch and shrink as much as you liked. Am I not understanding something? I tried the reset stretch too and just end up with the original problem.

I had this issue before and decided that it had to do with importing some music into MuseScore that probably had a corruption. This time it's my own entered score.
