Solfa Notation
is there plugins for adding solfas on the note head? I am asking this for the second time, I will really appreciate if the plugins is available or developed to meet the need of those who can can not sight read musical Notation.

There was in version 2 and it's not necessary in version 3 because of the note head schemes in the Advanced staff properties (accessible through the staff/part properties dialog).

You will find Solfa notation, as Mike tells, in Staff Properties -> Advanced Properties.
