Select->All similar elements->Same subtype->Del?

It's not complete enough for me to understand.

Right click a lyric from the verse you want to delete. Choose, Select>More... and you will see the dialog Shoichi showed.
Check same subtype then click OK and press delete and all of the lyrics in that verse will be deleted.
