Gray screen when loading page

When I try to search for music, and I select one, after about 2 seconds the part of the screen with the music and the scroller goes gray and I can't scroll up or down the music, and the worst part is that the music automatically scrolls down a couple measures, so I can't even see the part that is playing!! In the picture, as you can see the song is playing but I can't see the part that is playing, and I can't scroll. Can somebody please help me?

yes, I think I might've done something wrong with musescore settings on my computer, because it is like that with every song. Here are files before/after finished loading. I didn't touch anything.
