Get rid of an unattainable chord symbol

I have written down some thematic solo ideas into several choruses of a lead sheet. Somehow I must have created a solitary chord symbol on the second page. I can not selct it. Therefore I can't delete it. In this case it does not bother me at all. But I can imagine Scores where this symbol reaches into the system and becomes irritating. So, what is the best way to get rid of it?
