What is "T53 S64 D34" supposed to mean? Doesn't look like chords to me, nor like chord symbols

These are the symbols of the elementary theory of music. Tononic Triad, subdominant quart of sexst, dominant Tercequart.

MuseScore doesn't support those.
But it might inedded be possible to create a plugin that makes the analysis and add a stafftext

But at the moment, unfortunately, it is not, probably.
