Fill With Slashes producing half notes???
With the newly released update, I have found that using the Fill With Slashes tool gives me half notes rather than quarter notes, as shown in the picture. How can I make it so that it gives me quarter notes instead? For reference if needed, Top stave is what it gives me, bottom is what I want. Thanks in advance!

Did you use fill with slashes or toggle slash notation? Toggle slash notation will turn existing notes into slashes of the same duration.

I used fill with slashes. Oddly enough it's only that one score that's affected. Toggle slash notation works perfectly fine and so does fill with slashes outside of that score.
We look at the time signature to decide what duration to use. The above looks like the resuts to be expected if that staff is 2/2 (cut time).

right, thanks Marc! I forgot that I had written this piece in cut time.
