Any way to replace notes with triads?
I know that I can turn selected notes into chords by 'add interval', but only one interval is added a time. So I'll get chords of 2 notes, and if I select them again and do the same, I'll get 4 notes (seventh chords). To create triads for my staff, I need to select a single note (let it be root e.g.) in each 2-notes chord, but I found no way to do that. The whole chords are always selected. Any solution? Of course I don't want to select every note in my staff manually.

You've to select every note manually, if you want to select a single note of a chord (inside the same voice). But it's possible to select these notes of several chords via "ctrl" and add the interval as desired.
Depending what your actual goal is here, though, probably there are better ways to go about it. Normally music would not simply have a series of root position triads for every note, so indeed, there is no single command for it. My guess is you are trying to produce some sort of educational exercise or something. Can you explain in more detail what you are actually trying to accomplish? Once we understand better, we can probably suggest alternate methods, possibly involving multiple voices, use of explode/implode, etc.

No, for German marches (and maybe not only German) it's rather common to have long sequences of chords (with 2,3 or 4 notes in a chord), and I'm trying to write something like this. And again, it's not a problem to convert a series of single notes to 2 and 2 to 4. It's a problem to create 3, because there is no way either to select only roots of a group of chords or to add more than 1 interval to single notes.
Actually, I'm not sure I really need them, I just wanted to try how they sound. But if the only way is to select each note manually, I'll better abstain.

Great idea jeetee, I forget the power of the implode tool. It is not an obvious option at all.
For a simple example, if you have an A and want to add a C and E (following the key signature) you can select the A and press shift+C then shift+E (you don't even have to release the shift key) and the two notes will be added to the chord.
If you want to add a 3rd to every note, you can select the notes (using any method you like) and press alt+3 to add a third to it. The one disadvantage of this is that only the last note added in the selection is selected after the notes are added, so you can't press alt+3 to add another 3rd to the same chords without reselecting the top notes in the chords.
