Staccato and Cross-Staff Beams
Having some odd behavior with cross-staff beaming and staccato placement that wasn't there in 3.1.
Starting with the image on the top I press 'x' on the staccato marks for the two chords on the lower staff at the end of the measure. The result is the second image.
Moving the chord that crosses staves be on the lower staff results in the stacatos being in the correct location.

Can you attach the actual score, not just pictures?

Nevermind, worked out the issue. Had to hit "x" on the chord, too- somehow it ended up "flipped" the wrong way (indiscernible in this case) which messed up the placement of staccatos.

There is a sort of unfortunate ambiguity / conflict between stem direction for the chord and the beam direction. Normally the "X" command does the right thing, changing the direction setting for the chord or beam as appropriate, and everything just works, but there are indeed cases where they can be out of sync and MuseScore gets confused.
