Comments

A complication is that this feature was really designed for moving individual notes within chords, not just entire chords, and then it's not so obvious what should happen.

Meanwhile, if you want articulations and other markings moved, instead use Tools / Voices to do the moving (works on full measures only).

Voice changes removes EVERYTHING, all markings, texts, slurs, lyrics, articulation, etc... everything except the notes themselves.

Yes, for the reasons described above -- it's not clear what should happen to these marking if you move just one or two notes from a three note chord. Someone would just need to come up with a definitive plan and then it could be implemented. Meanwhile, the same solution exists - use the facility designed for this sort of more wholesale moving of content between voices - the exchange commands in Tools / Voices.
