Harmonica Tablature plugin

I have downloaded the Harmonica Tablature plug in But it does not appear on Musescore 3 plug in tab.

Did you install it as explained the Handbook, by going to Plugins / Plugin Manager and checking the box? Or are you saying it doesn't appear there either? Did you unzip the file? Did you do so in the right folder (your personal Plugins folder)?
