Can’t Get MIDI keyboard to work with MuseScore Anymore
Hello.
I’m posting this because I am currently experiencing a technical difficulty with connecting my MIDI keyboard to Muse Score. Ok so as of right now, Muse Score is seeing both my interface and my MIDI keyboard (which is a Studio 88 Weighted MIDI keyboard and my interface is a Tascam 16x08) as they both appear in the drop down menu. But whenever I hit “N” for note input on my computer I don’t hear anything coming out of my midi keyboard through MuseScore and for some weird reason, Muse Score will no longer notate using my Midi keyboard and will now only input notes if I do them manually on my computer keyboard. And also, My keyboard works just fine in Logic Pro X (i’m Using a MacBook Pro btw) but for some reason will not work with Muse Score anymore even though it was working just fine with it up until a few minutes ago. I’m not totally sure exactly what did I do that caused it to stop working but if anybody has experienced a similar issue and has been able to resolve it I would really appreciate your help with this. MIDI keyboard capabilities is one of the coolest features this program has and I definitely want to continue to use it.

Start MuseScore after the keyboard is switched on or restart MuseScore.
Try to Reset MIDI Controls from Preferences I/O.

I have done both of these things and I still can’t get my MIDI keyboard to work anymore. Tried rebooting my computer and restarting my interface and unplugging and plugging in my interface and still nothing. The weird part about it that I honestly can’t explain is why I can’t get my MIDI keyboard to work with Muse Score anymore and Muse Score recognizes my Midi Keyboard and Logic Pro X recognizes it and it works just fine with that program and Muse Score also recognizes my interface in the drop down I/O section in the preference section of the program

I have also unplugged and plugged back in my MIDI keyboard and I still can’t get it to work.

For some Mac users a PRAM (Parameter Random Access Memory)/NVRAM (NV for non-volatile) reset may solve it

I don’t find this very helpful because I can playback scores with already inputted notes just fine with my current set up. Will a Parameter RAM reset may solve the issue of my MIDI keyboard not working with Muse Score anymore eve though MuseScore is recognizing it and my interface and Logic Pro X is also recognizing my MIDI keyboard?

And I can playback scores with Muse Score plugged into my interface as well.
