scores wont play

None of my scores will play. I tried with the space bar and play button. I tried to reset my computer, headset, I tried to close musescore itself, as well as the scores individually. Nothing seems to work. I reset factory settings too and nothing happened. Not even a cursor bar started to play over the notes. The play and start from beginning button are just grayed out.
