Since update lost content of Pallets (F9)

• Nov 14, 2019 - 20:47

I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times.
Changed from Basic to Advanced.
Went through help to factory reset.
Through preferences, also set to Default.

Also Start Center comes up empty. Nothing in the window but "Start Center"

Any suggestions?

Running Windows 10 Pro 1909

Sorry yes I did Download and install 3.3.2.8849 as well.
Issue still there.

Need to find a way to scrub the software and setting from my PC.

My laptop has 2 video adapters built in, and 3- 4K Monitors connected to it, plus the Laptop monitor.
The 2 monitors I prefer to use (as they are straight in front of me) are running at 3840x2160 resolution, the laptop is running at 1920x1080 resolution.
The laptop and another(far left side) display the palettes no problem, that video adapter is an Intel Iris Pro Graphics P580. The Monitors going through the Dell D600 Dock are where the problem shows its self.
Not sure of where to locate a solution. Can I downgrade for a while?

I saw a post about not being able to see palettes where someone said there is an update to some Windows software that will fix it, but I don't remember which post that was in. This was part of the reason 3.3.1 was replaced after a few hours with 3.3.2 so there are a lot of posts to go through to find what I'm referring to. Perhaps someone else will remember this and post a link that should make 3.3.2 work. 3.2.3 used a different palette system, since this is probably still on your computer, that version should fix it.
