Grand Piano (watermark text?)

Anyone know where this "Grand Piano" text is coming from? My score has NO text!?

Difficult to understand/answer without seeing the score.

Like, for example, you have a score for a solo flute and 'Grand Piano' text is displayed. In this instance, something would definitely be wrong.
-OR-
You have a score for solo piano and 'Grand Piano' text is shown, but you wish to have no mention of the instrument.
See:
https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/layout-and-formatting#style-score
and look for: "Hide instrument name if there is only one instrument"

Please explain in more detail.

Wow! That score shows a multitude of instrument changes from (and to) grand piano. Where did it come from? Was it a pdf file converted into a MuseScore (mscz) file?

Anyway...
To get rid of the 'Grand Piano' text, right click on one of them, then 'Select', then 'All Similar Elements', and then press the Delete button on your computer keyboard.

Afterwards, you should fix measures 5, 7, and 11.
Measure 5 and measure 11 have too many beats. Also, measure 7 should be split in half. Compare to the pdf.
