Odd volume inconsistency
In a new file, the first instrument is always one dynamic quieter than all other instruments. To make it the same I'd either need to make it louder or make the other ones quieter. I also tried to switch the instruments and it still only happens to the first instrument. (Note that there are three pianos all with identical two bar rhythms across the three instruments, with should sound the same)

...the first instrument is always one dynamic quieter than all other instruments.
To me it all sounds as one piano playing a descending passage 4 times - with no dynamic changes.
To experiment...
If you add another piano and move it up to the first instrument, leaving it completely blank (no notes entered), does the playback then sound as it should with the remaining instruments?

Yes that works. However removing it or putting notes in it has the same effect where it's not the same volume, even with the same markings.

It also seems to be the first staff of the first instrument, the second staff is louder than the first.

What version of MuseScore?
What OS (operating system)?
There is no difference between all three staves.

Ok so after restarting my whole pc it seemed to have been a one off thing, before, my volume meter was showing a visible difference so it might have been a bug.
