Traslating to Traditional Chinese

I found Traditional Chinese pages were not translated, and like to help translation.
I have been reading this page (http://musescore.org/en/administer-guidelines/translation-instructions), but didn't found edit tab.
So, How can I do ?

Which Chinese locale (Hans, Hant) is it you like to work on?

I will translate Hant first, because some words are different in Hans.
It'll take some time to figure out.
