MIDI to Sheet Music Not Working Well
I'm really new to MIDI conversion to sheet music. I compiled the attached (MIDI format) score in Garageband with pre-made melodies, but when I try to open the MIDI in Musescore it ends up looking messy. The piece is at 140 bpm and is pretty straightforward (16th notes being the most intricate thing). Is there a way to make this look at least a little nicer? Thanks!

I looked at this midi file with an external midi editor.
Unfortunately, the music seems to have been played by ignoring the time-signature. Tempo is 60, not 140.
In the editor where you save the file, ensure that the necessary settings are followed when extracting the file (time-signature, tempo).
I tried to fix it for you by using custom MIDI editing scripts to change the tempo from 60 to 140 BPM without changing the total duration, but it still doesn't sound right to me. Listening to it, I can't get a clear sense of the rhythm, so I can't figure out how to fix it.
Could you please tell me:
If you could transcribe the first measure or two by hand and post an image so that I can see what it's supposed to look like, that would be ideal.
In the meantime, I've attached the 140 BPM version of this file for you to look at.

Thanks for the help! The duration is just 30 seconds, the time signature is 4/4, and there's no pickup measure.
I attached the score for the first 2 measures. Also, the whole piece is basically just split up triplets, but I can't seem to quantize it correctly. I also attached the 3 individual MIDI files that made up that MIDI I attached previously if that helps.

The key was splitting up the MIDI files. Here you go; these should import a lot more cleanly (although they will still need some hand-editing). When importing, try setting the following options:
Once you've separately imported and cleaned up the three MIDI files, you can copy and paste them into a single MuseScore file.
For the future, I recommend that you figure out how to export MIDI files with the correct tempo so that you won't need to ask for help fixing them up.
