MS.com failure
Dear Forum, I will probably be reprimanded for posting this on MS.org as it pertains to MS.com. However, I cannot get connected to tech help on MS.com. All of a sudden, MS.com thinks I do not have a you tube channel, even though I have 6 or 7 things on you tube already that came from MS.com! ( I was trying to send another score to YT.) Who do I contact to fix this mistake? Thank You

It's not "reprimanded". We are not moral judges. It's directing you to the place where the people who run ms.com will read it, which is not here, but ms.com. They don't come here.

It's a complicated situation rooted in history, and people make the obvious mistake(s) every day, and it's not your or their fault.
