Cannot set any API, Device, MIDI input and MIDI Output in PortAudio group in I/O Tab in MuseScore Preference Window.
When opening MuseScore Preference in I/O Tab, I cannot set any API, Device, MIDI input and MIDI output. I am using Windows 10 1809, MuseScore version 3.4.2.9788 (currently the newest one). As a result I cannot play any score I created. MIDI input button is greyed out and not active. Reset to factory setting didn't help.

See https://musescore.org/en/node/96811 for some other suggestions. My best guess is that your audio drivers are only 32-bit.

Thanks for all suggestions.
However, in my MuseScore 3, View --> Synthesizer is always greyed out, even though I installed SoundFonts, checked MuseScore_General.sf3 and all paths to sound and it didn't help.
What audio driver I need in 64-bit version?

Whatever one you need for your particular computer’s audio device. Most systems come with drivers that work for either 32 or 64 as far as I know, but apparently some come with only 32 but support. So you’d need to get a new driver from the manufacturer, if that’s the case. Or download the 32-but version of MuseScore.

I have just installed new driver and MuseScore once again, and looks it is working !!!
Thank you for all your support.

Oh, too early for calling it resolved :(
It has just disappeared again :(
Looks like this feature works in a random manner :(

Well, if it worked for a while, that's a good sign. Maybe a subsequent OS update or other change reverted your driver update?
