Text font size in text frames

Latest/current release of MuseScore 3; Windows 10 latest feature release.

Not sure if this is a bug, a "feature", or just something I don't know how to do correctly. Please advise.

I have a piece to which I appended a text frame (Add->Frames->Append text frame). I entered text in the frame. The default font size is 12 points. I edited the text and changed the font size to 10 points in the Inspector. When I end the edit the text size returns to 12 points; the change does not stick. Is there a way to make it stick or is this not possible? If not, should it be possible?

When you change the font size using the Inspector, be sure you are not in text edit mode. If you are, press Esc (so that the text is merely selected, but not in edit mode with the text cursor visible); then change the font size in the Inspector.
