Musescore 3 crashes on startup
I was working with Musescore for several days and suddenly now it crashes at startup with the following error:
Warning: QT_DEVICE_PIXEL_RATIO is deprecated. Instead use:
QT_AUTO_SCREEN_SCALE_FACTOR to enable platform plugin controlled per-screen factors.
QT_SCREEN_SCALE_FACTORS to set per-screen factors.
QT_SCALE_FACTOR to set the application global scale factor.
I have tried to revert to factory settings but it didn't work, the only way I have been able to enter the program is from command line with the -s flag. I then tried to revert to factory settings from the help menu but it crashes as soon as the program restarts.
Of course I would like to be able to use the sound, can anybody help?
I have sent the crash reports with the crash reports app if someone wants to see the reports.
Comments
I don't think these warning messages are related to the crash. Esp. if ii starts when using -s, which is disabling sound, so in an entire different field.
What version of MuseScore and what operating system?

Hi, Jojo. the OS is Windows 10 and the Musescore version is 3.4.2-x86_64. Although when I start the program with the -s option the program starts it crashes whenever I try to change the Start Menu option or try to reset to factory settings, for example. My audio hardware is an Audient iD4.
Thank you for the response.

_ try to change the Start Menu option_ you mean the start center? Use -w to disable it and/or disable it in Edit > Preferences > General (and here the warnings you do get are related)

Yes, the Start Menu. Ok, thank you I'll try to disable it with the -w option.
Thank you again
