Running MuseScore 3.4.2 on Chromebook
How to? I have looked through this website and youtube and have not found a way to run the new program on a Chromebook. I am not tech savy and Im starting to think, neither is my computer.. lol

Try a search for chromebook with an "h".

Click the search button in the top right-hand corner of the forum web page and enter "Chromebook". This will list the handbook entries and the many existing threads in the forum that discuss how to make it work.
Something on https://musescore.org/en/handbook/install-chromebook not working for you?

Yes I go through the whole process and nothing launches.
:~$ ./MuseScore-3.4.2-x86_64.AppImage
bash: ./MuseScore-3.4.2-x86_64.AppImage: Permission denied
This was the latest response I recieved.

Try running it with sudo then.

sudo chown $USER MuseScore-3.4.2-x86_64.AppImagepriot to trying it execute itor
chmod +x MuseScore-3.4.2-x86_64.AppImage(step 3 of the procedure described in the handbook)
