I don't think Google Docs supports embedded HTML widgets, but if you know of a way to make, please let me know! If Google supported it, then the embed option shown above would work. As it is, though, I think the best you can do is paste in a graphic, such as one you'd get using the Image Capture tool (camera icon on toolbar).

If you just want to transfer access to a score, I think you can directly upload and download the Musescore file to and from Drive.
Alternately you could make image files and embed those. That won't provide playback, by the way.
