How to increase the size of a note?
i have adjusted the line spacing, but I cannot resize the notes, please help me.

No, you do not understand me,
Increase the size of a note
Ex: Notes size 3 to size 4 or size 5

Why?
You increased the space between staves lines (a bad idea) and now want to increase note heads, presumably to.fill those increased staff lines.
Just don't do either, instead increase that scaling value and every thing will get bigger
