Triplets Trouble

Look at measure 3 (counting the pick-up) of this composition:

As you can see, after seven 32nd notes, one 32nd note rest, and an eight-note rest, there is just not room for a 16th-note triplet. I've seen this before in other sheet music, and it really confuses me. Is there a way to still squeeze the triplet in EVEN if the measure just isn't long enough?

The third measure seems a normal 2/4 measure to me: 1/4 by the 32nd notes and rest, 1/8 by the rest, and 1/8 for the 16th triplet.
So why do you say that the measure is not long enough?

Thanks guys, it definitely fits in the measure. I was wrong about that. For some reason, I guess MuseScore wanted the triplet to be only 32nd notes... anyway, problem solved!
