I accidently made all my parts individual and now when i go on the musescore website it won't me download all the parts what do i do to fix this?

It's hard to say without seeing the score in question. I don't understand in particular what you mean by "made all my parts individual".

If so, that score doesn't have parts at all. To generate parts, you need to go to File / Parts and press the New All button.
