Welcome Birt, a search on the net offers some results (unfortunately for a fee). I fear that there are copyright problems...

Thanks for the quick reply. I guess if I ever do find what I'm looking for, I shouldn't post it here so the site doesn't get into any copyright violation issues. Although, I assumed that after 60 or 70 years the copyright would have expired.
