audio discs for recording

I am wanting to record some of my original music MS files on audio discs. But I need to know more about the right discs to get for recording. Discs that will allow you to program them, like Program 1, 2, 3, etc. for each MS wav. file etc I tried a few discs I happen to have, and it seems you have to use the whole disc up.in one session. Seems you cannot record just some of the disc's total MB capacity, then choose another audio file and record it next, until the whole disc MB is used up. When inserted, these discs I had would say "used disc. Cannot be erased!" etc.,even when the display says most of the disc space is still free! I need to have discs that will be just like when you buy a commercial music disc that has different songs, music, 1,2,3 and you can change the programs on a remote to a CD player, etc. I went on Amazon but the disc descriptions just say "rewritable" or similar. Don't know if these would be the kind I could use? Could anyone on the MS Forum enlighten me? Those seem to be more expensive than just "plain" discs.Thanks.
