D.S. Al Coda not working?
No matter what I try and do I can't seem to get this work, I don't know if it's because of the 2nd/3rd time bars confusing the system, or if there's something really obvious I'm missing, but I can't get it to play properly:

The roadmap on how to play this is confusing. You have a Coda congruent with a third ending. Also, a Coda is normally 'jumped to' from a specific point in the score marked by a 'To Coda' sign.
Your DS al Coda points back to the fifth measure (which is ok), but you have no 'to Coda' sign to indicate the jumping point to the (final) Coda.
In my attachment, I have put a 'To Coda' sign at measure 19 - allowing the opening theme to be repeated once again, after which the Coda plays.
