Measures per line
Hi everyone, I apologize if someone has already asked what I'm asking, but I cannot find a solution.
If I try to have 4 measures for bar, using Edit/Tools/ etc. it doesn't work at all.
For example, I select the all score, or I just select some measures and then I ask to have 4 measures per line.
It happens that I got 3 measures in one page and one in the other page. It seems to work ONLY if I select " one measure" per line, that is obviously useless.
It would be very useful to select all the score, set the numbers of measure per line and then work on the details, if necessary. I'm not finding the way to do it.

That tool only makes sure that there at most X measures per line, whether the line actually fits that many is a different story. You may need to apply less stretch to certain measures, or decrease the overall spaceing or tweak other style settings for this
