Different order of parts in score and divisional part

I noticed that there is not an easy way to have parts be in a different order in a "divisional" part than in the main score. The main use case I can think of is something along the lines of having an orchestral score (where the horns are above the trumpets) and extracting the brass parts into a band-friendly order (trumpets above horns). If you bring up the instruments panel on the extracted part, it changes instrumentation for the whole score.

My suggestion to implement this feature: bringing up the instruments panel while in a part instead brings up the list of instruments that are used in the score on the left and the instruments that are in the part on the right.

Would anyone else have much need for this feature? Would it be overly difficult to implement?
