"Measure number mode" setting not honored in multi-measure rests

The "Measure number mode" setting in a measure's properties allows the current measure's number to deviate from the style setting and show or hide itself. However, although the first measure of a multi-measure rest is permitted by MuseScore to show its number if set in the style settings, the number mode of that measure has no effect at the beginning of such a rest.

Specifically:

• If the first measure of a multi-measure rest is set to "always show" when the number would not normally show, MuseScore will not show the number.
• If this measure is set to "always hide" when the number would normally show, MuseScore will continue to show the number.
