menu item "Note anchored textline" not in transifex

In Menu "Voeg toe" (Add) > "Lijnen" (Lines) there is an item "Note anchored textline"

I searched for this string in transifex, but this string is not in the translation database.
This English string will then appear in all languages, and can not be translated.

I suggest that somebody submits a Problem Report for the programmers to fix the code to tag this string for translation.
