Performance of Crescendo/Decrescendo and such things.
This program has proven exellent to me, BUT the fact that it does not perform things such as expressionalism bothers me. Please Fix :)

It actually does play quite a few expression marks, but indeed, not crescendo. I'm pretty sure that's already addressed in 2.0, though.
