even 8th is basically the opposite of swing, so use swing text and modify accordingle, the text and the (swing) properties

My score looks like this. Do you think you explain it in steps? So I know where to start.

To add text like "even 8ths", click the note where you want it to apply then double click the word "Swing" in the text palette. THis adds the text "Swing" to your score but you can then double click it and change it to read "even 8ths". Fo other markings, just click the desired note and prss Shift+Ctrl+T to enter system Tex, and type your text.
