reformating/shrinking/making the whole thing smaller
I have a 6 part (each has lyrics) a capella piece that just barely can't fit two staffs on one page. Is there a way to change the space between each instrument in the staff or to make everything smaller/scaled down so there is less vertical material? Otherwise it will end up over 30 pages, which is ridiculous.

Space between staves and other spacings between elements is controlled by Style->Edit General Style, the Page and Meausre tabs Overall size of the staves themselves is controlled by Layout->Page Settings. If you can describe in words what sizes you want things, you should be able to get MuseScore to do it.

Thank you! I somehow completely missed the size of the stave thing in the page settings before.

More than 7 years later, but still true, change the staff space settings in the page size dialog
